Wow i just got back from my summer vacay, and i basically ate the whole time! Now i weigh almost 20 pounds more than when the summer started. It's really depressing, so now im going to try and get my eating habits back in control. Today was an okay day, i could do better.
I ate:
an apple
froot loops
toast
chicken ceaser salad from mcdonalds ( thats where my stepmom wanted to stop and eat, i didnt really have a choice)
coconut gelato
I don't even want to count up the calories. And right now i am still hungry!!! I feel like im going nuts, i remember when i used to eat like a bagel a day and feel sick after eating it, now i can't seem to be full. Well maybe this wasnt such a good day after all .
